Oh and while the first poster, ARCHAE86 already mentioned it. Anyhow happy you have now action taken to get it working again. I'll have to wait for it before I can use my nVidia rigs to crunch.
Why do you have to wait? You may just amend your "home" venue (enable NVIDIA) and "update" the Albert@Home project in the BOINC manager to refresh the preferences...
Perhaps changing that could mess up with other rigs, that may crunch Albert at times and one has a iGPU, other only AMD GPU's (good for Albert and Einstein) and some a mix with nVidia and AMD GPU's. And I now I have set all four preferences, have even changed them, but I have to experiment a lot to find out what settings fits best by the host.
The prefs are stored per project, so the prefs on albert don't affect those on einstein, and here on albert you only have two hosts - one uses "home" (NVIDIA), the other (AMD) uses "school" IIRC. So there doesn't seem to be room for any conflicts...

This is only true for the project preferences, the computing preferences are global, they will affect each other. Only the ones last set will be used at all projects, unless the user uses BOINC Manager's local preferences. These override the global preferences.

So at this point my AMD only is doing Albert.

That's right, but we were talking about the coprocessor settings and those are part of the project-specific prefs.

The ability to set the venue/location for computers/hosts should work now.
