The only (remaining) forum that is still restricted that way is "Cruncher's corner", which I intend to get rid of anyway....

Basically done. Posting should be possible anytime in the "Help Desk" forums for reporting problems and making suggestions....

I wouldn't expect OpenCL to work with clients older than 6.13. Reminds me: we should probably add a client version...
