That's right and mostly on purpose. The copyright footer for instance needs to read Einstein@Home because that the actual project and thus copyright holder. Albert@Home is just a mock-up if you will. Same goes for the logo in the graphical header. We didn't want too many customizations just because this is not the production project and we hope that the big red warning in the header makes that clear enough.
But I agree, the most confusing label is the "Einstein@Home progress" above the chart on the landing page... We'll see...
